We are over one-week into the 2023-24 season, and I wanted to inform everyone of a quick recruiting update. Season-to-date, we have had great interest in folks wishing to join our patrol. We aren’t stopping here!! Back by popular demand are MRMSP “Interest cards” have been printed and put on the Hill Leader’s desk.
Please, take a few and put them in your vest/jacket. They have proven great success just in the first week with about a 40% follow up rate!!! When you have a great conversation with a guest who may be interested, kindly provide them with one of these cards and direct them to reach out via the website or email!
If you were at our pre-season meeting in the loft, you may recall that OUR PATROL IS OUR SINGLE GREATEST RECRUTITING TOOL! The conversations that we have today, lead to the patrol of tomorrow! Thanks to everyone!
