Annual Ski Swap – Bridge Park Pavilion

Winter is just around the corner, and Mad River Mountain Ski Patrol invites you to our Annual Ski Swap in Bridge Park, Dublin — a perfect opportunity to buy, sell, or trade your ski, snowboard, and winter gear!

Location: Bridge Park Pavilion – 6635 Riverside Drive, Dublin, OH 43017
Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Enjoy a full day of community fun featuring local favorites:

• Where There’s Smoke BBQ
• Graeter’s Ice Cream
• Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck
• Plus, we’ll be serving hot apple cider and baked goods out of the pavilion!

Proceeds benefit the Mad River Mountain Ski Patrol, helping us keep the slopes safe all season long.

 Ski Swap Seller Registration Instructions

Want to sell your gear at the Mad River Mountain Ski Patrol Annual Ski Swap? It’s easy!

Please follow the steps below to register your items:

1. Click the link below to access the Seller Registration Form:

2. Complete all required fields for each item you plan to sell — including item type, size, description, and asking price.
3. Submit the form once all items are entered.
4. On event day (Saturday, November 8, 2025 | 8AM–6PM at Bridge Park, Dublin), bring your labeled gear to the check-in area at the pavilion.
5. Mad River Mountain Ski Patrol and Play It Again Sports Hilliard will handle the sale process. Proceeds benefit the Mad River Mountain Ski Patrol.

 Participant Liability Release Form Instructions

All participants in the Mad River Mountain Ski Patrol Annual Ski Swap must complete a liability release form before selling, trading, or participating in any event activities.

Please read the following carefully and complete the form prior to the event.

   – This includes acknowledgment of personal responsibility for any equipment brought, sold, or traded during the event.
   – You must confirm your understanding of event safety rules and volunteer directions.
